Rachael Hoffman
Rachael is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Art Therapist. She holds a light-hearted, secure and restorative space in therapy sessions. Her approach emphasizes the natural healing elements of art and mindfulness and pulls from the understanding of relational, feminist, cognitive behavioral, and client-centered frameworks. She often embraces mythology and symbolism in sessions.

She holds a Master's degree in Art Therapy and Counseling from Mount Mary University in Milwaukee, WI. Rachael's areas of experience include anxiety, depression, trauma, identity and self-esteem concerns, pediatric and adolescent therapy, and work/life transitions. Rachael's own self-care practices include creating, climbing, yoga, and adventurous travel.
